Business Development Associate & Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are a premier full-service plumbing, sewer & general contractor based in Long Beach, CA, seeking a motivated, experienced & professional Business Development Associate. This FULL-TIME position will require the candidate to drive and oversee sales / marketing activities, identify, and acquire new customers, and assist with managing our digital advertising partners (yelp, google).

PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS:

Our primary areas of focus are target marketing, B2B (Business to Business) Marketing, Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations (HOA’s), Mobile Home Parks, Large Multi-Family Communities, Senior Living Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, HUD Sponsored / Section 8 Living Facilities; high volume customers that need professional plumbing and sewer services.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 Years of Applicable Experience
• Professional, Presentable & Clear
• Strong Work Ethic & Driven to Succeed
• Attendance of Field Tech Department’s Morning Meetings (2-3 weekly)
• Proactive & Optimistic Attitude
• Persistent, Detailed Oriented, Motivated & Organized
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Strong Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Knowledge in Target Marketing Campaigns
• Ability to Prioritize Revenue-Based Work Activities
• Meet Quarterly Target Sales Goals and Contribute to the Execution of Department Wide Objectives
• Must Have Driver License and Reliable Transportation
• Willingness to Travel for Customer Acquisition and Meetings (Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Riverside County)

CANDIDATE PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bilingual / Spanish speaking
• 1 year of experience in Plumbing services sales
• Familiarity with Service Fusion / Service Titian and [please apply online] through Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM
